Note! The prices apply to 7 days of rental and are preliminary.

Ski and ski boot rental is paid directly to the rental company!

In the event of illness or accident, it is important that you have your European Health Insurance Card with you, which you receive from the social security fund

Registration fee

500 SEK/person is paid to bank account 5332-8050 in connection with registration.

Regarding insurance, home insurance usually applies (please check yourself). Otherwise, general travel conditions for company trips and group trips apply to the trip. Travel confirmation with more detailed information about times will be sent after the end of the registration period. The guardian is financially responsible for minor travelers and for any return trip due to mismanagement. All prices are subject to changes beyond control.

(Note! Registration is final upon payment of the registration fee)

Cancellation

If canceled earlier than 60 days before departure, the traveler loses the registration fee. If the cancellation occurs after that but earlier than 30 days before departure, the traveler must pay 50% of the trip price. If the trip is canceled later than 30 days before departure, the traveler pays 100% of the trip price.

Cancellation protection

Alplinjen does not offer cancellation insurance. Please check your home insurance and card insurance.

Price changes

The organizer may increase the price of the trip if the increase is due to changes in fuel costs, taxes and public charges or exchange rates.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT TRAVEL GUARANTEES

The travel guarantee is a financial protection for travelers when a trip is canceled or interrupted. The traveler can then apply for compensation from the travel guarantee. The Travel Guarantee Act applies to:

Package trips

A package trip is an arrangement that consists of transport and accommodation or any of these services in combination with a tourist service, which constitutes a not insignificant part of the arrangement and which is not directly linked to the transport or accommodation, such as car rental, theater tickets or admission to a sporting event. A package trip must be longer than 24 hours or include accommodation. A package holiday is sold at an overall price or at separate prices that are linked to each other. A travel guarantee must be available for all package holidays, regardless of whether they are sold to private individuals or companies.

The Travel Guarantee Act also applies to the following trips if they are purchased by private individuals:

Package-like trips

The travel guarantee covers those who purchase package-like trips, i.e. trips that consist of separate transport and accommodation services that together show a significant similarity to a package holiday. The combination should appear as a natural unit.

Seat sales

Even those who have only purchased a transport can receive compensation from the travel guarantee if the transport is carried out together with a package holiday, e.g. on a charter plane or a bus. However, those who only buy a regular ticket are not protected by the travel guarantee.

Educational trips

Those who have purchased a trip that consists of transport and an educational stay with accommodation in the form of living with a host family can receive compensation from the travel guarantee. This also applies if the accommodation is free.

The application for compensation must have been received by the Travel Guarantee Board no later than three months after the trip was cancelled, interrupted or for some other reason did not take place.

For more information, visit www.kammarkollegiet.se or call Kammarkollegiet/ Travel Guarantee Board on 08 700 08 00.
